- Founded in 1982 as Faith Properties. Inc.
- In 1984 we became one of the first Coldwell Banker franchises. The company moved to offices in a former church rectory at 2306 Genesee Street in South Utica, where our Utica office remains. We now hold the record as the oldest Coldwell Banker franchise in New York State.
- In 2007 the company’s top agent, John Brown, purchased it from the original owners.
- Since 2007, Coldwell Banker Faith Properties has grown from 18 agents to over 50, along the way tripling the number of homes it sells to, on average, over 1,000 a year.
- Our company and agents have volunteered to run a water station for the Utica Boilermaker each year for over 30 years and counting.
- In 2014, we received an award from Coldwell Banker as the top selling office, for its size, in North America.
- In early 2016, two more area offices were opened, one in Rome NY and the other in Ilion NY.
